If the returned products are lost or damaged, Playsand.com.hk will not make any compensation. So, we suggest that you choose the Recipient Signature Needed services of delivery (for example, HK Post Office Registered Parcel or local courier service) to ensure that you could check the delivery of the parcel and the customer is responsible for the return shipping and new shipping charge.

If you want to return and replace with a new product, you need to send back products together with the accessories come with the products (and/or gift) in the original packaging and must be in new and good condition. If products are further damaged during the return, Playsand.com.hk could not make the replacement for you and the customer is responsible for the return shipping and new shipping charge.

Playsand.com.hk reserves the rights of rejecting exchange if return proves to be unreasonable. We also reserve the rights of deleting the membership of such customers in such cases.

Remark: All the deposits and payments are not refundable
