Local Delivery Service (within Hong Kong)
1. You may enjoy free delivery service once when you purchase for an amount of HK$1,500 or above.

2. When you purchase for an amount of less than HK$1,500, you are entitled to pay the following delivery charges:

Weight of products	0.5kg or below	5kg or below	Additional charges/kg
Delivery Charges	HK$45	HK$60	HK$8

*Additional charges need to be applied to remote areas such as outlying islands and rural area.

3. If no elevator service is available for premises, additional delivery charge per each staircase is needed. The amount of delivery charge shall be separately agreed. Delivery charge shall be paid to the delivery staff directly. No receipt will be provided.

4. If delivery is delayed, postponed or cancelled due to traffic, weather, different district or other factors, Playsand.com.hk shall not be liable for any loss or damage, no matter whether the factor which causes the delay, postponement or cancellation is within the control of Playsand.com.hk or not.

5. If installation is required for any item, such installation fee is not included in the delivery charge.

6. Playsand.com.hk will deliver our products within 7 working days after the full payment is made. If ordered products are out of stock, our customer service representative will contact you either via telephone or e-mail for following up on appropriate actions need to be taken.

7. You shall give not less than 48 hours' notice (Sunday and public holiday excluded) to our Customer Service Department in respect of any request for change in delivery time, delivery of additional purchase, or change of purchased item.

8. In case of any dispute, the determination of Playsand.com.hk shall be final.
